Hey, I don't wanna come off as rude I know the staff here have lives and other things to worry about but I made a support thread a little over 3 days or so ago & still haven't gotten a reply. Just wondering if this is the normal time it takes or if it normally takes longer or quicker is all as I am not familiar with this servers forums & other things, Thanks.

It depends what the ticket is about, if it's a bug report or something like that it may take a bit longer to get a reply on, Staff applications, player reports etc should take less than 24h to get a reply on.
