Fortune 3 on my pickaxe is not working

I have broken a lot of ores and the only time I get more than one diamond or emerald is when the explosive happens

The purple enchants doesn’t work. Only the grey and yellow ones.

When you do /enchant and hover around "fortune", it should say "Doesn't work with (enchantment)"

Fortune works with everything but silk touch. But there's a thing on the prison server where you can get the purple enchants but they don't work so you just have to reapply fortune to the pick.
