Lost Rank

I used to play snapcraft years ago back when the youtuber 'SSundee' was making videos on here, I have recently starting playing the game again and have logged into the server to find I have not got a rank, I used to be a 'VIP' I think it was called or a newly founded 'Master', I would like to know if there has been any reboots which lost peoples ranks or this was just me, like I say I purchased it a very long time ago and was wondering if you would add it back to my account, IGN is : coolcal22

To get your ranks back, email [email protected] and add your IGN and lost ranks and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.
