Constant Server Lag

First Step
The server has been incredibly laggy recently; especially today. This morning while playing I caved in and submitted a ticket which resulted in a server restart. It helped for about half an hour, but after that the lag came right back. I submitted another ticket about 2 hours ago which resulted in another restart and the same thing happened. Why won't this constant lag go away? It's almost unplayable and incredibly frustrating.

I see that you opened a support ticket about this issue and also closed it. Next time when opening a ticket please include screenshots of the /tps and your /ping as long with any other additional information. Thank you :)
