Why am I Muted On KitPvP?!?!?!?!?

My user name is ChuggleJuggle and Im a Paladin on Kitpvp i been playing for about a year and a moderator muted my brothers account Zombaz like forever ago so I logged on his account for a second to see if he had things I could have and I got perm muted by a admin Twiggyyy or something like that and i want a Unmute because i spent my good money and im only 15 so i Would like to know why am i muted and i want a unmute please and thank you!
