More Control for your island

I think we should have more control on our island like the ability to give someone permission to place blocks but not destroy them or even giving them permission to kill the non-hostile mobs like the pigs and cows and chickens n so forth.
I want people to kill the non-hostile mobs but I don't wanna give them /is coop
and I also need help expanding my island but I'm afraid if I give them coop not only will they help but they will grief me
