Kit Pvp Rank

Sooooo i haven't played your server in awhile months actually but when i used to play i purchased the knight rank on your server. I recently logged back in to your server and went to kit pvp noticing it said reset and when i checked my rank was gone. So i asked staff if the reset took away the ranks and they all said it doesn't is there anyway i could get my knight rank back or is it lost forever?
