Can i get my Master Rank back

Hi my name is FactionsOwl but I have been called Jimbob9988 in the past, I had master rank on Creative and after the reset I lost it. I don't know if after every reset you have to by a new one but if you do then im sorry for wasting your time. I was just wondering if I could still get it after the reset.
