Does anyone know if it's allowed to write in Morse Code (-- --- .-. ... . / -_-. --- -.. .) or in Hexadecimal (48657861646563696d616c)?

Could not find a rule against it, but maybe it falls under spamming.

It may not be pleasant to be scammed by another player, but it is impossible for us to stop and it is something that comes naturally in a Factions/Prison server, therefore scamming is allowed on the Factions/Prison server.

So it is allowed to spam these there, but is it actually spamming? As spamming is defined as writing many messages in a short period of time and not as symbolspamming.

That’s about scamming not spamming. 2 different things
