When I came into the server and did the command /home I didn't go anywhere although I had created a home. When I did /warp home I arrived at a random base from a clan which I was not in. Please help

Make sure you /sethome on a solid block and not in water, lava, chests etc. If it doesn’t teleport you it means you didn’t set a home.
