Hi. currently the PvP timer, which keeps you in combat, is 10 seconds long. i'm basically making this thread as I think the timer is too short. the reason I think it's too short is because it's too easy for players to just run and tp out of combat. PvP is a huge part of factions, and I think that it would be great if the timer would be longer so the fighting aspect of factions is a bit more present. my suggestion is, increasing the PvP timer to about 15 seconds, or 20 seconds, down for feedback and criticism on my idea. thanks.
this is a good suggestion! i like the thought of having to be in combat for longer, i get that 10 seconds may seem long for some but it does seem too short for a server/mode that has quite a big factor with pvp!
I really agree, because people can easy epearl away or whatever just run around and get out of combat and just log out in 10 seconds. I think it should be increased!.
I agree, PvP timers across all of Snapcraft seem short and unfair. On Prison, I believe you can get out of Combat in 5 seconds? Although I haven't actually checked this, it seems extremely short. I notice players running all the time. This causes ( for the most part ) more damage to the winning player. Imagine sacrificing your gear and using resources in order to kill someone, for it to all go down the drain because they got out in 5 seconds...
