The Animals Won't Move on my Island

For some reason all the animals aren't moving on my island and I can't interact with them either. Help?

I mean the rest of them we're spawn eggs but the beginning island cow didn't move at all.

I find the same problem. My dog won't move and when I fed my pigs, they didn't mate.
