RollBack issues

Due to the 24 rollback, i have lost 6 dollars worth of my own money that i chose to spend on legendary keys. Now i have none of the items, nor my 6 dollars. This issue has not effected me as much as it has my friend. He purchased 2 sets of legendary keys, as well as an iron google spawner directly from the shop.

I think that if you have proof (for example the receipt on the mail that you actually paid for them) should be ok.
