Help SOS I Keep Getting Block Glitched

Every time i try and go pvp i either get block glitched to the point where i cant jump and i rubber band back or i cant even move....then sometimes i get kicked for "Disconnected By Server: Internal Server Error: Neck It" Can you guys see if u can do something about this, i cant even play on the server due to this bug or glitch..
