I've heard some things about the healing boots (Artifact) not working. I have purchased the boots myself, and they don't seem to be working. I see no regeneration effect occurring. I'm wondering if people are aware of this or if its something that just needs to be fixed. Maybe they are working and I'm just dumb. Anyways, please inform me of the situation on this topic.
