Hey all,
I recently logged back into Snapcraft and noticed that my Titan rank had disappeared. It has been quite a while since I had logged in, but I would love to get my rank back if possible! I have an email confirmation for my legend rank, but I do not for my Titan rank as I had trouble getting that rank because I used Paymentwall (idk if that still exists) but I ended up getting that fixed and got my rank. Although I do not have an email, I have some old cringe youtube videos of me in which it proves I am a Titan. Also it is possible that some of your staff still remember me, so you can ask them
