Redstone Clocks

A slow redstone clock was created on our island but it sped up and slowed down consistently. This is very weird in redstone terms so wondered if anyone could do anything about it?

The redstone is reduced on the server to recuse lag and prevent lag machines to be created

just to add, that's also one of the reasons why we have restarts so we can reduce the lag as much as possible.
