Hello. I don't know where else to make this thread because I couldn't find unban/unmute appeals so I'm just going to do it here hoping this will get accepted. I have been muted by Craftermanamz for ads a long time ago. I was advertising some kind of server, I don't remember, never knowing I would play on this server. But I stumbled on to this server earlier and really enjoyed. I am hoping I could get an un mute and I wouldn't repeat what I have done since I started playing on this server. Thank you!

You appeal by opening a support ticket (https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open) and change the department to appeals.
