1) If someone is hacking in the pvp mine simply do /staff and go to a staff member. Or you could create a report on the player with this link https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open. However you will need to provide evidence of this player. Soon after this player will be dealt with. If you do not know how to get video evidence ask someone else to do it or watch a quick video on how to record on Windows 10, Mac, ios, etc.
2) If someone is harassing another player or you are being harassed get evidence of the player harassing you. Harassing can be many things. The dictionary definition of harassing is the action of subjecting someone to aggressive pressure or intimidation. This could be blackmailing and anything that has to do with threatening. To get evidence there is a app on every computer called snipping tool. This can be used to take a screenshot of a selected area (snipping). Just snip the chat and then open it. Then drag it into the proof box and submit. If you dont want to get them in trouble (even though you should) you can ignore the person by doing
/ignore (player name)
3) Scamming although aloud on prison is a very rude thing to do. It is not bannable, but if you say something mean you could get muted. If they /ignore you do not tell someone to tell them to /unignore you, as that would be harassment. Sign scamming, plot killing, and AH scamming is bannable. Simply get evidence of the player doing it and report them using this link https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open. If you are not able to get evidence a staff member is able to test and/or look at the Sign scamming/AH scamming/plot killing.
I have done a bad deed recently. I charged back on a couple purchases which made me face my ban. I have since then been unbanned and wanted to do a good deed for the snapcraft community. If this helped you in any way show support by liking this thread.
