Why can't my magma blocks make water vortexes? Do they just disable it or is it before 1.13? Thanks!

I am really surprised this hasn't been answered yet, apologies for that.

I assume you are talking about Bubble Columns? In that case, yes. Bubble Columns were released in Update Aquatic which was update 1.13.

We support up to 1.14 currently to play on. However, we do not have all the new game mechanics and blocks past 1.7 or 1.8 I believe.
