mc account got hacked

First Step
my minecraft account Swiper___ got hacked and i had 120K and really good armour sword and pickaxe and was a free to play player, is there any way you could transfer my stuff to my new account, my gf and faction leader of what faction i was in can vouch that my account got hacked, it was just me and my girlfriend playing together in a faction then i tried to log in today and i got hacked
