Removing on-screen stats and command list

hey, pretty new to this server.

is there a way to remove my on-screen profile stats? (I'm in skyblock) its big, bight and annoying

also is there a full command list i can use? /help is .... unhelpful

can i also turn off global chat too?

You can turn off global chat in the options - chat settings, but I don't recommend it.
