lost my factions rank

hey so me and my buddies used to play on the server a while back and i cant remember if i had hero or faithful but when the server reset i lost my rank and we want to play again so i want to get my rank back, my minecraft username is PlayboiCartier its different from the name i had back when i bought the rank but if i can get help and get my rank back itd be greatly appreciated

I lost my ranks too initially, but email [email protected] with this information and the Minecraft username at the time of your purchase. You might also need a receipt or payment information. For me (to confirm I actually bought the ranks I had) I just sent my paypal email address and the support team recovered all my ranks!
