Banned From Store

I was banned from the store around 5ish months ago, and it was for a false refund when i did an irl and the person refunded it, i wanted to say that whatever it is that im banned for the store, im sorry. Just please unban me because im starting to get back into Snapcraft and im really enjoying it. Please, i would like to have permission to buy stuff from the store. Thank you.

You get banned from the webshop after a chargeback to prevent it from happening again, try appeal it by opening a support ticket, https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open and change the department to appeals.
