If you're talking about fly boost that some clients have, you could get banned for it.

If your talking about flying you need the king+ rank and the command is /fly

Otherwise, fly boost is a hack and you can get banned for it, as said above

You can't get higher fly speed than 1 (normal flying speed).

Using this is considered an advantage on gamemodes other than creative so step one on how to use it is don’t use it It results in ban if caught as others have said.
