Iron Anvil

So i put my Gpick in an iron anvil to repair it....it repaired but when i went to go mine the eff50 did not apply....idk if this is a glitch but my pickaxe has the enchantments on them but is not applying the eff50 effect. Overall, is someone able to fix this or how can I fix this?

If the repair fails as is always with mcmmo anvil repairing the vanilla enchants can get removed/reduced, however due to a visual glitch the level does not get removed from the "lore" of the item.
