If you've lost access to your Minecraft account, don't email support. It has nothing to do with them. Only contact them for payment/business questions or inquiries or for reporting MAJOR bugs.

If you've lost all your login info I suggest you contact Mojang here: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new
