    Hello all!
Fortunately enough, the Snapcraft forums website has recently been updated with momentous help from @Bas.
I have thoroughly rewritten the previous introductory guide in terms of flexibility with the present, implemented website updates.

Of course, there are server rules in regard to keeping a safe and friendly communicative environment to all; however, by any chance if you happen to discount the rules, punishment will vary and be inflicted accordingly.

The purpose of support tickets are to:
    • Appeal (mutes/bans)
    • Notify bug/player reports
    • Webshop or website issues
    • Apply for staff (helper position ONLY)
    What is proof?
Proof is required along with ANY report and must be solid and clear. Supplementary proof explains the situation without the need of a description.
To report a player is to report for a primarily reason of discounting the server rules.
When reporting a bug, be sure to acknowledge the issue.
Attachment of proof is acceptable as long as if it is a screen shot or video recording. Scamming and hacking are most evident with a recording; chat offenses may be adequate evidence with screenshots.

Commonly, players use http://imgur.com/, which transfers it into a link.

You can also use other screenshotting methods such as gyazo or prntscrt; however they both require downloading. Unlike imgur, you can screen shot directly from the screen and it immediately creates a link.

Most gaming recordings require payment; however, Bandicam is a free and easy way to record (downloadable).

To apply for a staff position, there are currently two openings:
    • Helper is not an easy task as one may think. It requires strong dedication, responsibility, and effort to be part of the staff team. The role of a helper is not to commit in immature horseplay, but to ensure that the server is a safe environment for all players. With that said, be sure you are mentally prepared to monitor the server.

    • Builder involves commitment to participate in projects and generally shape the community. Individuals are to be ready to use their creativity and implying it into the server.
