Added a suggestion for factions

Hello, i have a suggestion for factions.
my idea is to add horizontal gen buckets as it will help for base building since there are defenses that require this type of gen bucket to be actually done and not take ton of time.

I think this is a good idea but the gen buckets should only go for like 32 blocks horizontally or they would just go infinitely which would be annoying.

yeah i agree, it can be easily abused.

As long as there is a reasonable block limit for the horizontal distance (i.e 30 blocks horizontally) then I don't mind the idea. As said above though, I do feel like it could be pretty easily abused. Maybe make them only usable in areas that your faction has claimed on the map?
