You're allowed your main account and one other account — this would be your alternative account. If you log in with more, the accounts you log in on that exceed the maximum accounts then become permanently banned.
If you have family in the house that play on Snapcraft and they receive punishment it shouldn't affect you.
However, if there are any false bans that extend to your account then appeal using our support ticket system. Here under the department "Appeals".
