This indeed belongs in a game mode such as prison.
I myself have seen this feature on several servers and it is often easy to misuse.
If there's a chance this is being implemented into the game, we have to consider there are gonna be guaranteed cooldowns to use this feature.

Coinflips would be a great idea for Prison. Many other prison servers have coinflips, it adds a whole new economy, I really like this idea, and think it should be added
