Those can be great additions if added to Prison which can prevent scamming even more as it is still a problem even after the new rules

I agree with this. Recently the prison rules were changed so as to make it illegal to scam. Currently though the only way to ensure a fair deal is to hope they are decent, or to get a staff member to middle man. To summarise, a trading system would make this a lot better, and I think is a much requested addition.

Maybe [item] could be accsessible to the Member rank, being the first perk to that rank. This could encourage people to check out the forums and maybe become a frequent poster.

Agree with this. Seeing as scamming is bannable on prison now, I think this would be a worthwhile addition. It will help to prevent scamming. +1 from me
