Alts Banned

[Realm]

Recently I had my alts banned, well they were not exactly my accounts. The user for the alt i need unbanned is JaxTheMax, because it's my brothers account and he wants to play factions, I have two brothers, one Roman715 and the other JaxTheMax, only Roman is not banned and JaxTheMax was banned for exceeding the alt limit, but I don't think he should be considered an alt as he is my brother and would like to play.

Unbanned: Roman715 (My little 8 year old brother) _Realm (Me, my main)
Banned: sgdg (My alt) JaxTheMax (My little 7 year old brother) KingIll (My cousin)

I only want JaxTheMax unbanned.

You should open a support ticket here and set the department as Appeals. But let me state that all the accounts banned were online at the exact same time, in the exact same afk pool on factions. Which meant they were only there for power.
