Declined Announcement Message

I find it very annoying how i will be typing something then the big announcement message comes right as i say it, and i promise u 99% of the players dont even read the announcement message, or dont care about it, but find it annoying, i think if you would remove it i wont have to say same message twice for people to see my message.

The announcements have already been quite reduced and some of them are important to newer players and display links such as rules, guides, webstore, and sales. These are all frequent needs for people and help make the server more friendly to a new player.
