I'd personally wait until you think you're ready for the job and what it takes. Don't over estimate yourself, it can be hard.

Wait a month till applying next, if you want, start with a new application already and work on it from time to time, make it better, outstanding!

I would wait at least 2 months before applying again, don't rush yourself trying to become staff.
