I have loved playing on Snapcraft but a lot of my friends have been banned and not told why. In this case, my friend baller916 has been banned. He and I were wondering why he got banned. Can you please send me proof of anything, whether it is a video of him hack to a screenshot of him saying something. If you do not have any please unbanned him, it would be unfair if he got banned in place of someone else. I know that everyone loves that server so please take care of it.
