BANNED 2 TIMES FOR 1 ACTION????

Is that yesterday I did tpkill because I got bored and didnt know it was illegal, the fact is that I was banned yesterday and fulfilled 3 hours of prohibition but when I reconnected today I was banned again for 2 days and already fulfilled my sanction yesterday! I want you to unban me, thank you.

You got banned by a helper the first time who can only ban for 6h, they report it to higher staff who extend it to what it’s suppose to be.

If you want to appeal your ban, please open a support ticket (www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/) and change the department to ‘Appeals’.
