Banned for alt?

hi snapcraft, i was banned for alt. the reason behind this was my relative had my account and played on it without telling me. His name is CRAZY_STEEL in game. He was banned because he was hacking but craftermanamz looked at the alts of my relative CRAZY_STEEL and thought i was an alt of his. All i am asking for is to get unbanned. Thanks for taking your time to read this and i hope i will get unbanned.
