Greetings my fellow adventurers,(PRICE DROP!!! 25%)
I am not very good at PVP but I love building and when it comes to building bases I consider myself pretty good.
Today I would like to put my recent build up for sale. I have spent about a week on it, to make sure its perfect.

The walls floor and roof are all made with obsidian, with water surrounding the whole base. It is hidden under ground in a low populated area.
It has all the basic essential needs for the PvPer.
Once you have paid for it you can do as you wish.
I am asking for (PRICE DROP WAS $200,000) NOW $150,000 (In-game money) once the transaction is complete I will unclaim the whole area and leave it to you.
I will not let any one in the base until the payment is complete for safety reasons. Staff may be required to help the transaction go smoothly.
