If you do some research in google/youtube, you will find plenty of information regarding automatic farms using dispensers and bonemeal.

But dispensers can't place seeds, so, there is no fully automatic wheat farm just by using them

Yep, but as fri said, its not gonna be an auto farm as you have to replant.
