Cant Join Server

I just downloaded minecraft, ftb and java 64 bit.
i opened ftb and it downloaded all the mods and updated everything im assuming
i try to join server and it says outdated client (version 1.
help? how do i join

I'm assuming ftb means Feed The Beast, Which we don't run on Snapcraft. You'll need to remove the mod from your client to access our server.

On the FTB launcher there is a Vanilla download. Use that instead and then insert the mods you wish.
