Hello,
I have a problem with reclaiming my rank. I tried to reclaim it a few weeks ago but it didn't work. I tried it today again but still doesn't give me acces. Im a old snapcraft player. I bought the knight rank a few years ago and after that i bought the paladin rank. Can any staff member help me with getting my rank back?

Ps: i changed my name like a year ago my first name was TeunPro and i also had a name CokeIsAlliNeed.
