Can't See Chat in Factions

Starting last night, I noticed I wasn't getting chat messages. I only see server announcements and vote notifications. My chat settings are all normal and I am in public chat. I can see other's messages on the other servers (parkour, skyblock, etc). Also, when I send a chat message, nobody can see it. I wasn't muted or anything and I'm super confused. Anyone know what's wrong?

Nope, chat settings are normal and everything is fine on the other servers.

Open a support ticket (www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets) under the department "Bug Appeals" where you state your issue and we'll try to find the cause of this!
