Changed name but can't change here

I changed my name to XMentalWarriorX but my old name is still showing, please help?

Go to "Contact Details" and scroll down to "Identities" to change

If you go here http://www.snapcraft.net/account/contact-details you will see "Minecraft name" simply change it there.
