Claiming lost Items

Hello!
I suggest creating something for lost items, like when we have full inventory and get a Vkey, we usually get it on /cr claim.
But some lost Items such as (Prison) Reps, (Mine, PVP, P1, P2, P3) Tokens, etc etc.
Many people have lost items due to this, hopefully this would be added to help the players out!
