cobble gen buckets?

i got some cobblestone gen buckets and was confused as to how they work, can someone explain, also i cant open any doors or place water or lava near my base after the restart today

Place down a gen at the top of where you want it and it will generate a cobble pillar underneath where you placed it till it hits a block underneath it.

so once its a 1 time use thing? it doesnt continually create cobblestone ?

1 bucket is 1 pillar of cobble stone, from where you place it till it hits a block underneath it. Then you have to place a new one next to it to create a new pillar.
