I think we need to redefine "fixing" here.
What staff can do: ban, mute, kick. We have zero control over how the plugins work or what goes into the software of the server. I totally understand being frustrated at SC for a buggy feature, but just so we're on the same page: complaining to the staff team is pretty much as effective as complaining to McDonald's about the global warming problem.
I understand that what I kind of said up there kind of sounds like "shhh or gtfo", but there's definitely a better way to handle things. The entire Snapcraft software is handled by Maarten. Publicly shaming the rest of the staff just doesn't do anything at all. If you really want the attention to get something done, contact him politely. Key word there though, politely. Indicate that there's a problem, and it would be most appreciated if it was fixed asap.
Zombie is actually a special case, however. Think of it this way: Some random dude decides one day that he's gonna create a new language. That person disappears after the language is developed, and the only thing left is a book. It's pretty much impossible to interpret what it means unless you have that person there. That's the issue we have here. Zombie is complicated, and none of us can fix it. We're finding the person who can, and when we do, it'll be up and running as soon as possible. He's working on it!
