Yeah so i joined the server today and i started to build my house and everything on survival but whenever i try to go the the shops so i can buy sponge so i can claim my land it tells me "Please wait 1 second(s) before next command. Your command usage is on cool down, Please do not spam." but meanwhile i have been waiting like 5 mins.

I'm guessing you're trying to use /shops. That command is bugged. If you need to get to the shop you can use /warp shop.

I had this same problem when i rejoined. It really threw me for a loop. lol
