Custom Enchants On Kitpvp?

I was on the KitPvP server recently and saw some crazy items in the ah, and I'm wondering how they got custom enchants and names and stuff. Is there any way to get it now?

They don't work anymore, but before, we had custom enchants. So, they have no use, but a long list of enchants that don't even work.

Yes, I wouldn't advise you to spend more money on the custom enchants.

Ok then. It'd be cool if they figure out how to make them work again
