Disappearing Sponges

Hey my username is parkourjeff123. I've been away from Minecraft for a couple of months and the server hasn't reseted yet. I went back to the places I've made and found out all my sponges are missing from the plots. Where are they and am I getting them back?

Sponges are automatically removed after 62 days of inactivity.
